Order Processing.

Orders received by Sunday evening are processed and despatched on Tuesdays.
We will advise you if there are unexpected delays.

Shipment Costs: Australia

Deliveries in Australia purchased via our online shop are free.
Deliveries to wholesalers are free, subject to a minimum order quantity.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email and tracking number when your order is despatched.

Returns

We will credit or replace goods at no cost if damaged in transit [from Three Springs Farm to the purchaser], sent in error or unfit for use.

We are not liable to provide credit or replace your purchase if goods have become damaged or unfit for use either:
[a] through the actions of the purchaser or third parties after the shipment is received; or
[b] during return from the purchaser to Three Springs Farm as a result of faulty packaging.
Before making a claim, please:

[a] Notify us via phone or email as soon as possible after you discover goods are damaged, sent in error or unfit for use.

[b] Save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
